Harry answered mine and said I could test drive at any time even then and there. I did! Loved it and bought it. Harry asked me on a number of occasions if I was happy or wanted to think about. So you are not rushed into any decisions. I was happy and collected the car a few days later serviced and 12 months MOT. Harry talked me through the paperwork and everything went smoothly. I would also say all the staff were friendly and welcoming.

A step outside the norm for us. We normally deal locally but on this occasion we saw a vehicle at Bluebell that fitted our requirements. This meant a 200 mile round trip. First contacts were made using the Auto Trader email. Questions were answered very quickly. On arrival I was left to view the vehicle and put under no pressure at all. The vehicle was as described and had been MOT’d and given a minor service. It drove beautifully and was well presented. The deal was done quickly and without fuss. All credit to Harry and his team.

Great dealership. Coming back 2yrs later to write this. Still enjoying the car I bought from them 2yrs and 30k miles ago. But the reason I'm writing now, is because I needed a copy of the original invoice, so I emailed to ask if they still had it and they replied really quickly with a scanned copy and helped with a few other things too. Really appreciate that service and willingness to assist. Also, when I first bought the car I did so from northern Ireland so they picked me up from the airport for no charge, and it was only a 5k car. Another example of excellent, helpful service which counts for a lot. 2nd hand cars are always a lottery, so at least good to know you're buying from people with customer-oriented values. I'll be back.
